The room had a spacious walk-in closet. It also had a clawfoot tub with a separate shower. The breakfast was delicious and very convenient in the lobby lounge. The rooftop restaurant provided excellent food and service. The views were Really good from there.
The location required an uphill climb to Galata Tower. This could be challenging for some.

The hotel is near the Galata bridge and the T1 tram line. It sits a short distance from the Galata Tower. The ferry port is also within walking distance from the location.

The staff was genuinely nice and helpful. They looked for ways to, something I appreciated. Front desk staff were accommodating and friendly, solving every need with a great attitude.

the building has a historical design. the location seemed convenient for exploring the area. the breakfast offered some tasty options and a variety of choices.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. Street noise was noticeable. i found the in-room safe to be quite small. the air conditioning system was difficult to adjust, i felt.
